Full payment is required at time of booking an appointment. If you schedule and do not complete the payment process, your appointment will be automatically cancelled by the following day. Sorry but its the only way to reduce no shows and last minute cancellations and keep my calendar open to genuine clients. Please note that we require a minimum of 24
hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling otherwise your payment will be non-refundable. If you want to cancel and get a refund please email, text or call me as I have to process refunds manually on PayPal. Thanks
