Travel medicine clinic visits may be booked online. Before visiting please complete the online health travel questionnaire for each traveller attending for an appointment. Please call if getting lost or arriving later than expected. Please note if we have to cancel your appointment you will be notified by email. Please check your email the night before your appointment. If we cancel the day of the appointment you will be phoned. This could happen if a medical emergency arises.

Travel Medicine Clinic (15m)
This visit is to determine your need for vaccinations, malaria medication for proposed visits and travel. Ideally please book 4 to 6 weeks in advance of your trip.
The visit is not covered by OHIP and the fees are as follows-
Single $75
Couple $130
Group of 4 or more $ 60/person

The shots are additional costs-except for routine vaccines such as Tetanus, Diphteria and Polio.
The cost for vaccines and consult may be covered by extended insurance depending on your policy.

Have a valid health card and present it to our Receptionist and notify them.
We also provide service to visitors and blue cross ID holders with refugee status

There could be a wait time of 30-40 minutes according to the cases the duty doctor attends. Appreciate your patience and co-operation.
