Our office is located INSIDE of California Family Fitness Center located at 8569 Bond Road, Elk Grove CA 95624. Please use main entrance and tell the front desk you are here to see Dr. James. Should you have any questions, please call (916) 686-6221.

Your first appointment with Dr. James will include an initial consultation followed by treatment tailored to fit your individual needs. This may include ultrasound, myofascial release, deep tissue and joint work, strengthening exercises, massage techniques, and manipulation.
We accept cash paying patients as well as injured patients suffering from auto related injuries. Please bring your auto insurance information with you to your first appointment.
