Interview Readiness Workshop (3h)
Palomar Health's Pathmaker Internship offers Interview Readiness Workshops designed to help applicants become more well-equipped for their interview. The workshop will provide information about the internship and the interview style as well as the opportunity to practice newly-learned interviewing techniques.

*This workshop is not required to interview for the Pathmaker Internship.
The 3-hour time frame you select designates the duration of the entire workshop. You will be expected to arrive at the start time and stay until the end time. (e.g. if you select 5:30-8:30pm, you must arrive by 5:30pm and expect to leave around 8:30pm). It is highly recommended you try to arrive 15 minutes earlier to accommodate traffic and other unexpected inconveniences.

Once you schedule an appointment, any cancellations or re-scheduling must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window. Cancellation instructions will be provided in an appointment confirmation email once you have scheduled your appointment.

Pathmaker - Level I (High School) (1h)
Palomar Health’s Pathmaker Internship presents pre-health students with unparalleled learning opportunities in a clinical setting. Pathmaker interns provide direct, patient-centric care and clinical support services for staff across our healthcare district. Working under the direction of the appropriate staff, Pathmaker interns assist in the provision of a safe, comfortable and confidential environment. Every three months, our interns have the opportunity to work in one of our 35+ currently available hospital departments. This competitive program is ideal for students and adults interested in an intensive pre-health internship that will provide the experience necessary to make an informed decision about a career in healthcare.

Applicants must meet the requirements listed in the Program Requirements Packet (available on the Apply page) to be eligible to apply to the Level I program.
The appointment time you select designates the time in which your interview will begin and end. Please allow 15 minutes before your scheduled interview to initiate the check in process.

Once you schedule an appointment, any cancellations or re-scheduling must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Applicants who miss their scheduled interview appointment without cancelling ahead of time will be marked as a "No Show". "No Show" records will negatively impact one's candidacy for this program in the future. To make changes to your appointment, please follow the instructions provided in your appointment confirmation email.
