CASA Aviation Medical - Dr Hui Tan (1h)

Please ensure you have completed AND submitted your online medical questionnaire before your appointment.
Class 1 $220 - Class 2 $200 (+$25 for on the spot certificate) - Class 3 $220 - ECG $50 - Audio $50 - Bloods $40 All prices include GST

If booking both CASA and FAA medicals at the same time, please book two consecutive appointments to allow extra time to complete the requirements for each medical. The cost of the CASA medical will be discounted by 50% if doing both at the same time.

FAA Aviation Medical - Dr Hui Tan (1h)

Please ensure you have completed AND submitted your online medical questionnaire in Medxpress before your appointment.
Class 1 $275 - Class 2 $275 - Class 3 $250 - ECG $50 - All prices include GST

Transport Canada Aviation Medical -Dr Hui Tan (1h)

Please download the Transport Canada Medical Report Form and complete your section before the medical.
Class 1 $275 - Class 3 $250 - ECG $50 All prices include GST
