Valley Andrology Fertility Center is the first and only full service andrology program in the Central San Joaquin Valley. This program specializes in male reproductive endocrinology and fertility. It was created to give both referring physicians and their patients the information needed to enhance patient care and maximize the chances of successful fertility treatment.

Semen Analysis (1h)
Andrology evaluation including semen analysis and fertility index. The cost is $190 card only. Results will be sent to the referring physician within 7 days.
PLEASE NOTE that you are expected to arrive at the top of the time allowed for your appointment. Appointments should be made with a strict 24 hours advance notice. Same day appointments will be re-scheduled.
You can also reschedule your appointment 24 hours before confirmed time.
Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a $25.00 fee will be added to your account.

Post-Vasectomy Semen Analysis (30m)
Evaluation of sperm in the ejaculate after vasectomy procedure. Please ensure the analysis is done at least 3 months after the procedure.
THIS PROCEDURE DOES NOT INCLUDE A SEMEN ANALYSIS. FOR SEMEN ANALYSIS SELECT A DIFFERENT OPTION.

Sperm Cryopreservation (1h)
Sperm Cryopreservation including basic semen analysis. The cryopreservation fee is $350 card only. Storage is a separate cost of $350 for 6 months or $600 for one year, both are renewable. Please do not schedule cryopreservation after 3PM.

Sperm DNA Fragmentation (2h)
Sperm DNA Fragmentation analysis is $390. This is separate from a semen analysis, but please indicate in the comments when scheduling if you would like a semen analysis at the same time. That would be an extra cost of $190.
