WEEKEND Birthday Party/Group Hayride Tour (1h)
Total party time is 2 hours including hayride tour. You are welcome to arrive up to 1/2 hour early to set up your tables. There are typically 2-3 picnic tables in each picnic area.

-Please have your guests arrive ~15 minutes early to be ready for your scheduled hayride time.

Upon arrival, please proceed to one of the available picnic areas by the swings to set up for your party. Party guests can park in the grass parking lot to the right of the farm stand and meet you at the picnic area. Your hayride driver will greet you there after he finishes unloading the previous group from the hay wagons. For the first hour of your birthday party, your driver will take you on a tour of the farm fields on a private, covered haywagon(s) drawn by tractor. While on your tour, the hayride driver will make several stops at various points of interest and will allow approximately 15 minutes of the hayride for the picking activity. Typical hayride lasts approx. 45-60 minutes including two boardings, picking activity and two deboardings. After your hayride/picking tour, we have outdoor picnic tables that are reserved for you for one hour. Use of the picnic area is limited to 2 hours (including hayride hour.)*

*All parties must begin and end promptly at their scheduled times as parties in the picnic area are scheduled back-to-back. You must have your group ready to go at your scheduled launch time. A delayed launch means that your hayride will be shortened. After the party is over, you and your party guests are welcome to stay on the farm and enjoy all the other areas of the farm that are open to the public at no additional cost. (Please note that play areas and the barnyard close at 6:00pm)

The hayride tour & picking activiy is ~45 minutes to one hour in length. The picnic area is reserved for your party for one hour after your hayride tour for lunch, cake, etc.. During that hour you are also welcome to visit the barnyard animals and use the playground (both are located next to the party area).

The following seasonal produce items picked while on the hayride tour are included in the cost per child:

April/May/Early June - Plant a seedling to grow at home in our greenhouse.
Mid-Late June - Strawberry Picking*
July - Blueberry Picking*
August – Blueberries*, & Cherry Tomatoes
