Please have your group arrive 15 minutes early! You must have your group ready to go at your scheduled launch time. Tours are scheduled ‘back-to-back,’ so a delayed launch means that your tour will be shortened.
Upon arrival, have your group or bus (or van) driver park in the grass parking lot to the right of the farm stand. (For safety reasons, please do not unload buses in the middle of the paved parking lot.) Please have your group assemble at the picnic tables near the swings and your hayride driver will greet you there after he unloads the previous group from the hay wagons. Your driver will then take you on an exciting, educational and partially narrated tour of the farm. You will tour the farm fields on a private, covered haywagon(s) drawn by tractor. While on your tour, the hayride driver will make several stops at various points of interest and will allow approximately 15 minutes of the hayride for the picking activity. Typical hayrides last approximately 45 minutes including the time it takes for the picking activity and the loading and unloading of your group on and off of the wagons. After your hayride/picking tour, we have outdoor picnic tables that are reserved for your group. Use of the picnic area is limited to 2 hours (including hayride hour.)
We provide tables, seating and waste receptacles. Group provides its own meal or snack, paper products, etc. Refrigerated/freezer storage space is available at no charge.
Restrooms are available for your use before and after the hayride.
Handicapped access or other special needs can be accommodated. Please let your hayride driver know if you need assistance.
Teachers: Please let the driver know of relevant curriculum items that can be integrated into the tour,
About safety: Hayriding and harvesting are conducted entirely on farm premises. This tour complies with Girl Scouts of America safety regulations.

The cost is $11.50/child, $115 minimum charge (10 children minimum), Adults and infants that are too young to participate in picking ride at no charge. We can accommodate ~75 people on a hayride
(Each haywagon holds approximately 35 people and the tractor can pull two wagons at a time) Our hayrides are scheduled back-to-back allowing one tractor per timeslot on a tour--if your group has more than 75 people, you will need to split the group and reserve an additional timeslot.
During Sept. & Oct. you can add the Corn Maze to your trip for an additional $3 per person. The maze can be done during the second hour of your reservation or after the time is up in the picnic area.
The Bouncy House Castle can be rented for an additional $100. The bouncy will be set up for your use for one hour after your hayride tour.

Group Tours are held RAIN OR SHINE! The hayride wagons are covered on top, and in the event of rain, the picnic benches will be moved inside one of our tents for the post-tour snacking. You should give as much notice as possible in the event you wish to cancel for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel the ride in the case of extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond our control. In the rare event that the tour must be cancelled due to heavy rain, every effort will be made to rebook the tour.
