Optometric Eye Examination for Adults aged 20 yrs of age and older.
**Please note that the examination does not include inter pupillary measurements or contact lens fitting or evaluation.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
For unattended appointments , there will be a $30.00 fee applied to your account.

Expired OHIP cards will no longer be accepted.
