30 Minute Meltdown (30m)
This session will give you enough of a taste to begin to melt and "drop in," and may leave you at the brink of a life changing experience. If you book this session, we advise you really KNOW you ONLY want 30 minutes. This is where the magic starts.
(All sessions are 10% off when paid for online)

[Be aware that each session will contain 5 minutes less bodywork than listed allowing for check-in, process time, etc. In this case, expect 25 minutes of physical work].

1 Hour Soul-Shower (1h)
An hour is the typical duration of a "massage" and enough time to cover the basics. You will feel replenished, renewed, complete. Longer sessions will rock your world and have you walking away a new person.
