This appointment will be similar to the first! We will start by completing some verbal surveys about living with a TBI, and how that affects your daily functions, mood and more. You are welcome to skip any questions.

Lastly, Taylor or the other research assistant will ask you some questions about your experience with Wolves' Den so far!

This appointment should take about 30 minutes and includes going over the consent information and collecting background information about you.

We will collect information on your concussion history including the year it happened and how it happened.

We will have snacks, fluids and a place to lay down if you do not feel well after the appointment.

This appointment should take about 60 minutes to complete.

In short, this appointment is located at West Coast Medical Imaging at uptown mall. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure we have all of your paper work completed.

Please use this if you would like to book a 30 minute time slot for NeuroTracker training. Only book this if you are, or have previously been enrolled in a study.

This appointment will provide a summary of the RED-COG Study and what participation consists of. The appointment will review the consent form, collect demographic information, and complete a brief ultrasound scan.

The appointment will occur at the UVic Campus in Mckinnon Building Rm 070 - the CHEERs Lab.

At this appointment, you will be asked to provide the first day of your most recent menstrual cycle (the first day of menstruation). When booking this appointment, please note the first day of your most recent menstrual cycle and bring it to the appointment.

If you are currently using hormonal contraceptives, we will ask you to provide (if possible!):
1) The date you first started using your current contraceptive
2) The dosage of hormones you are using.
3) The type/brand of hormones you are using.

*If you do not know this information, that is ok!!!
